Reaching Japanese Where You Live
Lotti and her Japanese friends Every year thousands of Japanese tourists, businessmen and students travel to the United States and other countries for vacation, work and study.  Many of these people are very interested in learning as much as they can about the country they are visiting and the way of life of the people there.  This makes it relatively easy to make friends and to share about the things that are important to you, including your faith in Jesus.  By learning a little about Japanese life and culture and perhaps by adding a Japanese language or bilingual Bible, or other materials to your bookshelf, you can be prepared to share effectively with your Japanese friends when the time is right.  Being a missionary isn't always about moving away to a distant land; in the modern world you can be a missionary by sharing your faith cross-culturally right in your own hometown.
